Entry Fees
Cost is $175 per team.

Admission Fees
Doors open to the public at 11:00 am
$10 per ticket
Children under 5 enter free
Event Schedule
Amenities
All teams will have a team room (classroom in nearby buildings) in which they will be able to eat, get ready, etc. It is the responsibility of the team to clean up after the event and ensure that all trash is placed in trash cans. A coach's room will also be provided.
Concessions will be available.
Merchandise will be available at the event.

Warm Ups
Each team will be assigned a time that they can transition from their team room to utilize the cafeteria of CBES to stretch.
Each team will be assigned a time that they can then transition to the CBES Gym to the matted warm up area. This space is smaller than a full competition area.
Each team will enter the matted competition area in the Main Gym at their assigned time to compete.
Competition Format
- Single round competition, with performance order randomly drawn. (Special schedule accommodations will be made if appropriate.)
- Teams will not be split by class for award purposes
- Trophies will be awarded to the top three scoring teams, regardless of class. Each participating team will receive three medals to award within their own team.
- The performance clock will begin at the first movement or sound.
- Up to 3 coaches per team allowed
- At the conclusion of the performance routine, the current squad shall vacate the performance area immediately.
- All performance routines must be a minimum of 2:30 minutes and are not to exceed 3:00 minutes. The music portion of the routine shall not exceed 145 seconds.
Any changes to the above information will be communicated promptly.
Photography/Videotaping
Videotaping is permitted
Photography is permitted provided there is NO flash.
VHSL policy does NOT permit the use of video to challenge outcomes.
Athletic Trainer
An Athletic Trainer will not be available during the tournament.
Water and Ice will be provided.
Please bring your own medical supplies as needed (tape, etc).
